The multipack collation of the wood briquette-packs is decisively for end users and should not be produced too heavy. Kallfass offers several infeed- and grouping stations. Full automatically production with briquetting press
Kallfass film packaging machines can be combined with almost every briquetting press and lines for full automatically briquette production lines (RUF, C.F. Nielsen, SCHUKO, WEIMA and others). In general, a film packaging unit needs several presses for fully capacity. The handy shrinked packs can be stacked compactly on pallets and be stored or transported.

With the sleeve wrapper machines Super Wrap 650 and 950 de Luxe in–line (manual or automatic) the stacked briquettes can (in fig. 2x3 pcs, 2-ply) be packed competitive in shrink film. Thanks to the Kallfass HV tunnel-technique, the lateral film overhang gets sealed. No ugly film flarings anymore and the shrinked packs are lateral closed, same as film overwrapping.

Stangenbriketts (stranggepresst) in-line in Schrumpffolien verpacken
Mit modifizierter Produktzuführung können mit Kallfass Verpackungsanlagen auch walzenförmige Stangenbriketts in-line verpackt werden. Die Gebindeformation erfolgt über eine Hubstation und anschließenden geführten Abschub in den Folienvorhang der Verpackungsmaschine. Zugabe einer Produktbeschreibung (Herstellerdaten, Brennwertangabe, usw.) erfolgt mit einem Zettelanleger vollautomatisch und wird so geschützt unter der Folie platziert.
Stangenbriketts (stranggepresst) rechtwinklig zuführen und verpacken
Die walzenförmigen Stangenbriketts rollen "automatisch" in den Zuführbereich der Anlage und werden dort Gebindeweise gruppiert. Auch hier Spenden eines Produktinformationsblattes mit einem Anlegesystem.
